Community Reach Center is a top-tier mental health provider serving the northern Denver area, and the designated mental health provider for anyone eligible for Medicaid in Adams County, Colorado.  Since our incorporation 1957, Community Reach Center has provided life-changing services to more than 127,000 children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.  The Center serves more than 8,000 clients each year at eight outpatient locations throughout Adams County, as well as in schools, nursing homes, physicians' offices, emergency rooms, homes, and jails.  We are fully committed to providing integrated care that marries mental healthcare with primary healthcare, in order to support the overall health and recovery of our clients.
