Health Insurance
The credit union shares the premium cost for employee and family by paying 65% the first 5 years of employment, 75% up to 10years, and 100% after 10 years of employment.
Dental Insurance The credit union will pay the cost of the premium for you and your family, or you may purchase an additional/upgraded plan allowing out of network dentist coverage.
Life Insurance The credit union will pay for Life Insurance for full-time employees at a rate of one and one-half their annual salary.
Long Term Disability
The credit union will pay for Long Term Disability in the amount of 60% of an employee’s regular salary for full-time employees after one year of service.
401K COMPENSATION
Employees may start contributing to the plan following 60 days of employment. The credit union will match contributions up to 5% following one year of employment.
PAID TIME OFF & HOLIDAYS
Paid Time Off days are available for our employees to use when absent from work due to illness or injury or for a scheduled vacation. The number of paid time off days received is based on length of service with ELCU.
ELCU’s Holiday Schedule will mirror the Federal Reserve’s Holiday schedule.
