We are also regularly audited by the National Credit Union Administration, a federal regulatory body. Life/Disability Insurance Employer paid Life Insurance Short, and Long Term Disability for full-time employees. Intermittent leaves and reduced work schedules to deal with serious health problems. Education Full-time, active, AAFCU employees who have completed one year of service or part-time employees that have worked a minimum of 1000 hours per year and have three years of service are eligible to participate in the undergraduate educational reimbursement program. Employees can receive up to a maximum of $3,500 per calendar year in tuition reimbursement (application fees, books, fees are excluded) for undergraduate or graduate college level course work that meets the requirements of the program specifications. A scholarship program is available annually through the Credit Union League Scholarship Foundation. In-house training offered every Wednesday morning from 8:00-10:00 a.m. utilizing E-learning modules.
